Hotel Tea Programs: From Guest-Room Bags to Pre-Meal Service
What a complete hotel tea program includes and the four checks that matter when comparing tea suppliers.

A complete hotel tea program covers three service touchpoints: tea bags in the guest room, tea in lobbies and waiting areas, and a pre-meal tea course, with a gift-box line extending the program into membership redemption and business gifting. When you compare suppliers, judge them on four things first: certifications that cover your product scope, capacity for reliable replenishment, in-house packaging design, and the chance to taste the product before committing.
Guest-Room Tea Bags: Start With Three Flavors
For guest rooms, our standard program is built on three flavors: Ceylon black, jasmine, and green. Ceylon black suits breakfast and morning service, jasmine is the most familiar choice for international travelers, and green tea covers the wellness-minded guest. All three are produced as private-label tea bags, so the box in the room carries your hotel brand, not ours. Our OEM scope covers tea bags, loose leaf, and custom blends with fully custom packaging, so the format can match your room standard exactly.
Lobby Teas and the Pre-Meal Course
Public areas need a different format from guest rooms. Waiting-area teas should be easy to serve in volume and pleasant to hold, while a pre-meal service turns tea into a course of its own. For the pre-meal course we organize selections into three series: floral, herbal, and wellness, with six varieties in each series, so the F&B team can build a fixed menu or rotate by season. Selections can be drawn from our broader catalog of 84 teas, which lets you change the list over time without changing suppliers.
Gift Boxes for Membership and Business Gifting
A gift-box channel connects the tea program to loyalty and corporate sales. Two lines are designed for this purpose: the Baifulshan gift box and the 3-can black gift box, both positioned for membership redemption and business gifts. Hotels can use them for tier upgrades, welcome amenities for VIP groups, and corporate gifting programs, as standard boxes or with private-label packaging.
How to Evaluate a Hotel Tea Supplier
Before signing, work through four questions: whether the factory holds certifications for the scope that covers your products, whether capacity supports reliable replenishment, whether packaging design is supported in house, and whether you can taste the product before committing.
Certifications and Import Documents
Ask for the certificate, not the logo. Our ISO 22000:2018 food safety management system is certified by CQC under certificate 001FSMS2400758, valid from 2024-10-11 to 2027-10-10, and its scope covers the production of flavored tea and the packaging of tea and herbal tea products. For Middle East markets, we hold Halal certification to GSO 2055-1:2015 issued by the Shandong Halal Certification Service. For US imports, our facility is registered with the FDA under registration 10319209992 with DUNS 450984434, valid until 2026-12-31; this is a facility registration, not a product approval. We also hold China export food producer registration.
Capacity and Replenishment Stability
A hotel program is a replenishment business, not a one-time order. Our group runs two factories: the Chaozhou plant produces 24 tons per day and 8,000 tons per year and ranks first in Phoenix Dancong output in Chaozhou, while the Guangzhou plant adds 3,000 tons per year with a focus on imported black teas. Combined capacity is nearly 11,000 tons per year, supported by more than 100 tea materials and over 1,000 tons of inventory, which is what keeps repeat orders of the same blend consistent across seasons.
Packaging Design Support and Sampling
Private label only works if the packaging arrives print-ready. Our OEM service includes professional packaging design support, from box format to artwork adaptation under your brand. To evaluate quality before you commit, we supply samples through our Daily Good Tea line, a private-label sample packaging format made for exactly this review step.
Send us your hotel star rating, your room-count band, and your target market, and we will prepare a tailored proposal with samples arranged for tasting. You can reach us through the contact form on our website or on WhatsApp at +86 130 7163 2772. Our export team replies to every inquiry.
